Poor students – they don’t know what to think. I think we’ve done bad by them I’m not teaching/reinforcing critical thinking.
It’s sad to see all those people like that. It’s not safe. Whether you’re “pro wall” or “pro open”….I think we can agree that there’s a safer way to allow people into this country – the land of opportunity. This country isn’t perfect – but there’s a reason people still flock to it.

There is a legal way into the USA with the gift of U.S. Citizenship and every year the USA naturalizes over one million new American citizens. These are citizens who can support themselves and speak some English. These are not illiterates who break into the USA in order to hunt and prey on others and sell illicit drugs and commit all manner of criminal activity. The millions who have come to the USA illegally have no skills, no education, only money to pay the Cartel to get them across the USA Border. They cannot do the jobs that are available in the USA and all will make their first stop at the Welfare Office.. They have all been coached as to what their rights are and what they can get for free forever and thanks to Lyndon Johnson their anchor babies are now called American Citizens. Part of the Dummiecrats plan to hold all political Offices forever.
This sounds crass to you but if they came legally and worked their way legally, instead of attempting to fast track a system that is broken because of politics and the media, they would still be alive. The one I really feel sorro for is the daughter that had no choice. Then again, the baby being aborted doesn’t have a choice either. That’s unfortunately the problem. Most of these people are not going out of their way to see what’s happening at the border.
They are likely only watching local news which does a very high level drive by about the border or CNN style where border is bad but not Joe’s fault. The average person is being spoon feed a perception of the border and the people buying it are fine with it.
This is why the voting age should be moved to 30. People don’t start paying attention until latter in life.
