ANY cop that just does as he is ordered is SCUM if the order violates the Constitution and common sense. When they do this, they make us wish maybe some Black Lives Matter should have their way with him, huh! In fact, would a BLM person who dared to have a Make America Great hat on even be looked at? Not that they would wear one, but still, would they?
